We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2024, at the age of 77, Sally Jo Thornton of Union City, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Glen and Phyllis Glen (Wilkins). She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Thornton of Union City; her children, Philip Thornton (Melanie Sumpter) of Grass Lake and Kristina Thornton (Joshua Severe) of Columbus, OH; her grandchildren, Autumn Jones (Justin), Zachary Thornton (Melanie) and Tyler Severe; and her siblings, Gordon Glen of Battle Creek, Jane Beyer of Pleasanton, TX and Betsy Schultz of Union City. She is also survived by her several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contribution may be made to ProMedica Coldwater Cancer Center, 370 E Chicago St #100, Coldwater, MI 49036.
