He is survived by: his wife Velma Lemanski; his children, Wendy Bussard (Paul Charles) of Dexter, Cindy Washburn (John Wojda) of Chicago, Bruce Washburn (Amber) of Union City and Bryan Washburn (Brenda) of Union City; his brother Robert Washburn of Lakewood Ranch, FL; his sister-in-law Colleen Washburn of Canada; and his close friend Bob Brewer of Athens.
