He was predeceased by: his parents, Duncan McIntosh and Dorothy McIntosh (Wall); his siblings, Mary Kline, Ann Wesner, Duncan, Donald and William "Bill" McIntosh; and his siblings-in-law, Levitte "Salty" Kline, Gordan Wesner and Reita McIntosh.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Lois McIntosh; and his friend Phil Carpenter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces/nephews.
