He was predeceased by: his parents, William Otulakowski and Lillian Otulakowski (Gorecki); his siblings, Stella Leszczynski, Leon Leszczynski (late Helen), Walter Otulakowski (late Helen), Rose Czarnecki (late Bob) and Stanley Otulakowski (late Barbara); and his close friend Ruth Miller.
He is survived by: his siblings, Eugene Otulakowski (late Adveda) of Marlette, Patricia Walsh (Joe) of Ubly and Lillian Gibbard (late Evans) of Ubly. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Compassus Hospice of Cass City and be given to the family.
