She was predeceased by: her father Richard Burrill. She is survived by: her husband Chris Kwiatkowski; her children, Tim Kwiatkowski (Melissa), Christina Morley (Jake) and Kyle Kwiatkowski (Ashley); her siblings, Donna Maul (Steve), Mary Burrill (John) and Don Burrill (Angie); her grandchildren, Coral (Josh), Alexia, Seth, Madison, Josh, Ryzen and Lakin; and her brothers, Richard Burrill Jr. and Dave Burrill (Maryanna).
