She was predeceased by: her parents, Guiseppe Porcaro and Dominica Porcaro (Compagnoni); her husband Ken; her sons, Richard "Todd" Horn and Kenneth Horn; and her grandson Anthony.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Horn (Kathy), Joyce Horn, John Horn (Karen), Donna Jellison (Dave) and Dean Horn (Jennifer); and her brother John Porcaro. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
