He is survived by: his children, Joseph Griffiths, Jr. of Chesterfield, Karen Griffiths-Pilger of Port Huron, James (Sal Gonzales II) of Kalamazoo and Kathleen Pauly (Allen); his grandchildren, Larissa Jankowski, Elizabeth Denslow (Bradley), Rebekah Cramer (David), Cora Pauly, Charles Pilger and Judah Heath; and his siblings, Richard Griffiths and Mary Griffiths-Olkowski (John). He is also survived by mother of his children; numerous nieces and nephews.
