He was loved and cherished by many people including : his sisters, Janet Young (Joel) of Twining and Linda Decker (Ed) of Pinconning; his sister-in-law Annie Ehrnst of Lennon; his brother Bruce; and his parents, Norman Ehrnst and Betty Ehrnst (Weigandt). He was also cherished by Several nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Gary to the Iosco County Medical Facility (1201 Harris Ave., Tawas City, Michigan 48763).
