He is survived by: his mother Blanche Cunningham (Daniels); his wife Tina Rhyndress; his children, Dave (Carissa), Torie, Tyler (Jessica), Destiny and Dylon Cunningham; his father Donald Cunningham; his siblings, Brian (Becky), Farron Cunningham (Diane), Barry Daniels, Diane Lauria (Ivan), Deborah Cunningham (Scott "Firebug"), Judy Shimmons (Danny) and Patty Hemmingway (Bear); and his grandchildren, David, Violet, Liam, Blake, Starly, Eli, Jax and Caleb. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
