He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. "Chum" Hawkins and Arlene Hawkins (Rameau); his brothers, Art Hansen and Mike Mell; and his granddaughter Christina Seabolt.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine LeClercq; his children, Renee Seabolt (Randy) of Fremont, Richard "Rick" Hawkins Jr. (Coleen) of Holton, James Hawkins of Stony Lake and Jackie Evanauski (Steve); and his siblings, Lisa Sevigny (Jeff), Vicki Cope (Doug) of Holton, Jamie Nichols of Holton and Bob Scott (Barb). He is also survived by Twin Lake; 14 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren.
