He was predeceased by: his parents, Watson Tice and Lavada (Pickens); his close friend Albert Bowman; his siblings, Wayne "Emery", Jerry, Lafayette "Pete", William "Joe", Gloria, Betsy, Viola and Lanora; his son Thomas LeBaron; and his grandson Christopher LeBaron.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Ken Tice (Sara Sweetser) of Turtle Lake, WI, Rick Tice (Heidi) of Fruitport and Lisa Luttrull (Rick); and his brother Bernie Tice (Angie) of Apache Junction, AZ. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
