She was predeceased by: her parents, George Edward Monroe and Thelma Mae Monroe (Gilbert); and her brothers, William Monroe, Ralph Monroe and Richard Monroe.

She is survived by: her husband Richard E. McKellar; her children, Julie Jensen (Wayne), Richard L. McKellar (Pat), Linda Neiser (Greg), Bob McKellar (Lisa), MaryAnn Thornberry (Bill), Scott McKellar (Kathy) and Michelle Dyer (Larry); and her siblings, Merlin Monroe (Marlene), Charles Monroe (Darlene), George Jr. Monroe (Lois), Josette Monroe, Anneliese Monroe, Kathy Monroe and Loretta Carroll (Frank). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
