She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd Locke. She is survived by: her children, Dan Locke (Robin), Peggy Garceau (Dan), Tim Locke, Mark Locke, Penny Wingett and Robert Locke; and her sister Marsha McNeal. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
