He was predeceased by: his father Jack LaVern Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Sue Carmean; his sons, Jack LaVern III Carmean (Sam), Andrew Allen Carmean and Jacob Russell Carmean (Chance Carey); his grandchildren, Noah, Landen, Payton, Alexis and Navi; his mother Jacqueline Lee Carmean (Croft); and his sisters, Wanda Carmean, Wendy Bloem (Tim) and Suzanne Cooper (Ted). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
