It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Sue Mercer of Twin Lake, Michigan, born in Kalkaska, Michigan, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ebert and Leonette Ebert; her son-in-law Rudy Bartels; and her nephew Randy Mahn. She is survived by: her husband Donald D. Mercer; her daughters, Terri Bartels, Debbie and Nancy White; her stepchildren, Dennis Mercer (Laura), Deborah Schrier (John), Gregory Mercer, Kimberly Plunkett (Mike) and Brian Mercer; and her sister Mary Mahn (Larry). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
