She is survived by: her grandchildren, Amy Dee (Kyle), Andrew Cooke (Kelly), Anna Jones (Justin), Aric Cooke (Roberta), Megan Joern (Kyle), Jake Cooke (Danielle), Lindsay Simoncelli (A. J.), Brian Cooke (Jennifer), Molly Cooke and Jason Cooke; and her siblings, John Soukup and Susan Zinn (Roy). She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
