He was predeceased by: his father Gerald "Jerry" Frey; and his brother-in-law Jack Cushman of Fremont. He is survived by: his mother Donna May Frey (Barton) of Holton; his wife Mary; his sons, Blake Frey of Whitehall and Travis Frey (Jordan Smith); his siblings, Hannah Frey (Logan Ingersoll), Rick Frey (Cindy) of Holton, Mike Frey (Lisa) of Holton and Don Frey (Dee) of Holton; his parents-in-law, Mildred and John Cushman of Fremont; his sister-in-law Vonda Cushman (Jeff); his nephews, Tony Frey (Angie) and Corey Frey (Andrea); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Austin and Addison; and his nieces and nephews, Jeremy, Becky, Stacy, Randy, Miranda, Megan and Ty. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
