He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Vernon and Florence Irene Hurley, Sr. (Rose); his daughter Debra Hurley; his brother LeRoy Hurley; and his mothers-in-law, Delores Schoeder and Marian Magolski.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn E. Trader; his children, Elizabeth Thatcher (Dean) of Laingsburg and Ralph Hurley III (Rowena); his grandchildren, Morgan Thatcher, Loren Hart (Matt) and Katherine Zaraten; his great grandchildren, Teddy Hart of Tustin, Greg Long, Jr. of Tustin and Gregory Long III of Tustin; and his brother-in-law James Trader (Cynthia). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
