He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bud, Lavona Christie and Leon Hall. He is survived by: his children, Miriah and Macen; the mother of his children Molly; his parents, Susan Cook (Joe) and Ted Davis (Maria); and his stepfather Chris Hall.
