She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Outman and Eldora Outman (Martin); her husband Robert Fay Curtis; her brother Rich Outman; and her parents-in-law, Fay and Neva Curtis.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Curtis (Sandy), Stacey Curtis and Eric Curtis (Christina); her grandchildren, Derek Curtis (Rebecca), Tyler Curtis, Austin Curtis and Emily Curtis; her great grandchild Jesse Curtis; and her siblings, Phyllis Corwin, Carolyn Outman, Lyle Outman, Carl Outman (Sue), Charles Outman and Robert Outman (Karen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
