He is survived by: his sons, Bert Howard Jr. (Jodi) of Tustin, Frank Howard (Kristi) of Cadillac, Dale Howard (Toni) of Cadillac and Peter Howard of Tustin; his grandchildren, Randi, Lexi, Tansen, Dylan, Chase and Shane; his great grandchildren, Hayley, Landon, Talon and Willarae Grace; and his sisters, Dianne Doyen, Barb Harris and Janet Hallock. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
