Faustin; his stepchildren, Kathy Reisig (David), Patti Baranek (Rick), Sue Fritz, Lynn Turek (John) and Jo Ann Rychwa; and his siblings, Robert Faustin (Joan), Jan Sullivan (Richard), Eileen Bumgarner, Richard Faustin (Tami), Jerry Faustin, Edward Faustin, Donald Faustin (late Roselee), Elizabeth, Jim Faustin (late Barb), Roger Faustin (Janice), Stan Faustin (Ann) and Mary McCabe (Bruce).

He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Faustin.
