He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Roth; his children, Patti Jo Raynak (Mark) and Perry Roth; his stepchildren, Debra Bond (Gary), Dennis Shaffer, Harold Shaffer Jr., Delilah Shaffer (Gary) and Diana Gay (Doug); his grandchildren, Patrick and Rachelle Raynak; and his close friend Herb Kelley. He is also survived by great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
