He was predeceased by: his wife Linda; and his brother Allen Tucker. He is survived by: his daughter Sherri McClellan; and his brothers, Robert Tucker, Leroy Tucker Jr., Gordon Tucker and Kevin Tucker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
