He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Bulone and Frances Hendricks Bulone; his children, Meghean Stock (Jamie), Dominic Bulone, Bryan White (Allison Lokken) and Bobby Parker (Katie); his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Nicholas Stock, Isabella, Hunter White, Ashley Kerr (DJ) and Hailey Parker; his siblings, Cathi Campbell (Bryan), Daniel Bulone (Sharon), Helen Bulone and Maria Kujat (David); and his godson Michael Bulone.

He apprenticed for two years at Oakland Community College under the guidance of Chef Leopold Schaeli and became a certified executive chef, credentialed with the American Culinary Foundation.
