She was predeceased by: her former husband Joseph Darmanin; her parents, Lawrence Zahra and Mary Zahra; and her siblings, Joseph, John, Harry, Lawrence Zahra, Mary Church and Carmen Ghigo.
She is survived by: her husband Joe; and her sister Margaret Reedy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews along with many friends.
In commemoration of a life that was a portrait of generosity and love, Theresa's family has suggested memorial contributions to New Beginnings Animal Rescue in Royal Oak MI.
