Suzanne Aretakis Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2023, at the age of 95, Suzanne Aretakis (Troy, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son James; her parents, Evangelos Arsman and Demetra Arsman (Gianniotis); and her siblings, Steve Arsman (Anita), Artemis Cheolas (Harry) and Demosthenes Arsman (Barbara).

She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Steve (Shelagh), Helene Lionas (James), Nicholas (Cynthia) and Alex (Maria); her daughter-in-law Kate; her grandchildren, Michael Lionas (Angelina), John Lionas (Yuliana), Nicholas Lionas (Amanda), John Aretakis (Lauren), Rachel Aretakis, Alexander Aretakis (Corey), Christopher Aretakis, Ellen Aretakis, Bennett Aretakis (Leah), Lily Aretakis, Grace Aretakis and James Aretakis; her great grandchildren, Demetrios, Nikolas, Lucas, Alexa, Scotty and Eleni; and her sisters-in-law, Anita Arsman and Darlyn Aretakis. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
