He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Reff and Eleanor Reff; his wife Martha Miller; his siblings, George (Angeline) and Irma Lawler; and his brothers-in-law, Mickey Miller and Harold Quick.
He is survived by: his brother Carl (Donna); his sister-in-law Genevieve Quick; his children, Richard A. Reff (Christine) and Barbara Talsma (Terry); his grandchildren, Chelsea Richardson (Benton), Carrie Callahan (Michael), Eric Reff, Rebecca Talsma (Jason Irwin) and Bethany Griffith (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Collin, Kate, Jack and Parker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
