He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Christine; his children, Matthew Kempa (Kristin), Melissa Parr (Michael) and Adam Kempa (Shannon); his granddaughters, Penny and Lena; and his brothers, Paul Kempa (Claudia) and Mark Kempa (Sandra). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
