She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Horn, Jr.; her granddaughter Vicky Jones; and her siblings, Ann, John, Grace and Judy.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky McClusky (late Patrick), Rick Kuerbitz (Kathy), Penny Arnold, Vivian Anderson, Judy McClusky (Terry), Dawn McClusky (Ronald) and Tammy Watson (Greg). She is also survived by her 21 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
