“Our Condolences to the Winnega family. Kirk was a great neighbor who I enjoyed his quick humor and was always happy to loan him items he needed. He and I shared many fun comments crossing paths in the neighborhood or at the Troy Community Center. Whenever I saw him, I immediately would smile and get ready to trade quick witted humorous comments. We miss him and pray he is now looking down on us still giving all of us those hilarious comments!
