He was predeceased by: his parents, Nham Viet-Hoa and Phung Huong-Can; and his siblings, Anh, Phuong (Ky), Vinh (Ying), Binh (Huann) and Hao (Wei-Lan).
He is survived by: his son Kevin; his nieces and nephews, Calvin (Tracy), Amanda (Thien-An), Xavier (Tina), Alan (Candy), Eric (Vivian), Paul, William, Minna (Freeman), Wilson, Jeffrey and Anna (Sean); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gabrielle, Angelina, Michael, Emily and Skyler.
