He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo J. Bochenek and Helen Bochenek; and also Emma Bochenek. He is survived by: his siblings, Elaine Censoni (Marino), Vivian, Diana Bochenek, Grace Broecker (Mark), Paul, Ralph (Debbie), Ronald (Karen), Michael (Lenora) and Thomas Bochenek (Tina); and his fiancé Welch. He is also survived by 22 nieces and nephews, 18 great nieces and nephews and 1 great-great nephew.
