She was predeceased by: her father Adrien Sylvester. She is survived by: her mother Cecile Sylvester; her husband Ray; her children, John (Lee), Julie (John Goetz) and Brian; her grandchildren, Austin, Jessica, Samantha, Caleb and Tao; her great grandchild Henry; and her sister Estelle Sylvester.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 9:30 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the National Shrine.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jan's memory to Angela Hospice in Livonia, MI, where Jan received compassionate and loving care in her final months. Keep Jeanette's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
