He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Doris; his children, Brian McMillan (Lynne) and Janis Kotula (late Tom); his grandchildren, Jessica McMillan, Sarah Oswalt (Matt), Connor McMillan (JoAnna), Andrew Kotula and Emily Kotula (Joe Schudt); and his great grandchild Theo Oswalt.
