He was predeceased by: his father Pericles Demetrios Polyzois. He is survived by: his mother Sandra F. Polyzois; his siblings, Katina Laessle (Charles Hall), Melina Stencel (Greg) and Eva Rosenthal (Scott); and his nieces and nephews, Amber, Casandra, Tiffany, Stephanie, Marie, Kurt and Thomas. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 6:30 PM and on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
