He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Sampey. He is survived by: his mother Kathy Sampey; his brothers, Ronald Sampey (Angela) and Michael Sampey (Emily); his nieces and nephews, Isaiah, Eliah, Serenity, Leonard, Ronald Jr., Landen, Hunter, Christian, Ava, Michael Jr. and Lilly; his great-nephew KJ; his great-niece Autum; and his girlfriend Shawna Wiz. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many, many friends.
