She was predeceased by: her father Roger Kerr. She is survived by: her husband Tim Hollister; her sons, James Richard Hopkins (Crystal), Bradley Scott Hollister (Janell) and Paul Michael Hollister (Ashton Hefley); her grandchildren, Dylan Hopkins, Alyssa Hopkins, Morgan Hollister, Cheyenne Hollister, Zander Hollister and Savannah Hollister; her siblings, Janice, Jake, Beverly and Bayliss; and her siblings-in-law, Mitch, Cynthia, Amy, Brent and Lynn.

Those desiring may make a memorial contribution to Cancer Research Project or the American Heart Association in honor of Carolyn.
