He was predeceased by: his parents, William Neubecker and Clara Neubecker; his siblings, Don Neubecker, Mary Ann Price (late Jack), Jerry Neubecker (late Pat) and Tom Neubecker (Sue); and his child Naida Neubecker.
He is survived by: his siblings, Luella Ballard, Barbara Burke (Doyle) and Tony Neubecker (Mary); his wife Neva (Spradlin); his children, Lynda Cullen (Chris), Michael Neubecker (Timeko), Robbin Gates (Doug), Nancy Mayrand (late Ross), Theresa VanWasshnova, Heidi Schroeder (late Richard), Mary Manners (Matthew), Christine Neubecker, Bernadette Hall, Bridget Miller, Damian Neubecker and Shannon Attard (late Brian); his daughter-in-law Patricia (Berkopec); and his stepchildren, Cheryl, Donna, Erin, Susan, Brenda and Jason. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving family members.
