He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Woolcott and Vivian Hale; and his brother Richard Woolcott. He is survived by: his siblings, Jeff Woolcott, Kevin Hale and Sandi Gibson; and his nieces and nephews, Shannon Greene (Paul), Ashley Woolcott, Brooke Hale, Brandon Hale and Zachary Woolcott.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project or The VFW Post 9283 out of Southgate, MI.
