He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kanode and Anna Kanode (McLellan); and his brother Paul Kanode. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Beresh; and his children, Donna Cubbage, Diane Pawelec (Joseph), Robert Kanode, Denise Kopp (Jeffrey) and Debra Kanode. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
