He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lowlor and Gladys Lowlor (Lee). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; and his children, Laura Vorndam (Ronald), Lindsay Lowlor, Matthew Lowlor (Maria) and Megan Lowlor (Matt Korovesis). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
