He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Miller and Mary Miller (Day); his son Eugene Miller Jr.; and his siblings, Mike Miller and Kris Cargill.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Carter; his children, Scott Miller (Kristie), Lucinda Gothier (Earl), Kenneth Miller (Wendy), Danielle Taylor (Brian) and Deanna Chwan (Allen); his siblings, Pat Miller (Linda), Ben Miller (Sue) and John Miller; and also Marti Clinton. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
