He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Donald Batson and Gerturde Batson (Wagner); and his daughter Constance Rachel. He is survived by: his wife Anna Lee Batson (Lynch); his children, Samuel Batson (Kay Batson), Carol (Batson) and Gray (Kevin Gray); and his grandchildren, Matthew Batson and Megan Batson.
