He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Fogus; and his mother-in-law Shirley Bailey. He is survived by: his mother Diane Fogus (Johnson); his daughters, Samantha McIntosh (Fogus) and Mallory Fogus; his son-in-law Seth McIntosh; his granddaughter Juliet McIntosh; his siblings, Katherine Arendash (Luke), Brian Fogus, Michael Fogus (Dian) and Karen Dolliver; and his children, Craig and Grosse Ile. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
