She was predeceased by: her parents, Janis Draulis and Vita Draulis; and her brother Karlis Draulis (Kristine). She is survived by: her husband Dr. James S. Milligan; her children, John Milligan, Julie Osika (John), Emily Osika, Samantha Milligan, Drew Osika and Matthew Milligan; and her sister Vita Carmen (David).
