He was predeceased by: his son Robert Williams; and his parents, Jeffie Williams and Ida Williams. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Williams; his children, Donnie Williams (Lou) and Aaron David Williams Jr. (Pam); and his siblings, Edward Williams (Sharon), Dwight Williams, Lennie Williams, Mike Williams (Mary), Mary Wallace, Deborah Vinson (Jerry) and Sandra Robinson (Ivan).
