He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mikulich and Mary Mikulich (Krajac); his son-in-law Jay Alton; his grandson Thomas Sobota; and his siblings, Mary, Frank, Angela, Albert and Kristina.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Laurich; his children, Kathy O'Reilly (Tim), Jack Mikulich (Anne), James Mikulich (Carol) and Julie Alton; his grandchildren, Mary Ann Lichvar (Scott), Christine Dyroff (David), Michael O'Reilly (Tamara), Jamie Matl (Bill), Jennifer Peterson (Paul), Jeffrey Mikulich (Hilary), Jason Mikulich, Scott Alton and Crystal Alton; his great grandchildren, Erin Silberberg (Matt), Ashton Dukes (John), Ethan Lichvar, Erica Campbell (Britton), Samantha Salmon (Patrick), Jenna Dyroff, Anna Dyroff, Sheamus O'Reilly, Rory O'Reilly, Harper Matl, Emerson Matl, Thomas Peterson, Aaron Peterson, Jacob Peterson, Annalise Peterson, Leah Mikulich and Quinn Mikulich; his great great grandchildren, Ella Grace Silberberg and Everett Silberberg; and his sisters, Julia Ruuska, Elizabeth Weber and Helen Lee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
