He is survived by: his close friend Alysia Latvala of Trenary; his children, James Deacon (Pamela) of Venus, TX, Jack Deacon, Jr. (Melissa) of Clarksville, TN and Jennifer Seymour of Escanaba; and his siblings, Shirley Crider (George), Ronald Deacon (Janice), Dennis Deacon (Barb) and James Deacon (Chris). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
