He was predeceased by: his niece Olivia Thompson; and his grandparents, Jerry Gies, Tom Street, Michael and Joan Haley.
He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Gies and Maureen Gies (Haley); his son Jasper; his sister Jenny Thompson (Garrett); his niece Leah; his grandmothers, Iris Street (Larry Prout), Wilda Street and Barbara Gies; his close friend Amelia Thompson; and also, Susan and Jeffery Thompson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Tim's honor may be directed to his beloved son, Jasper, to support his future.
